Eric has been immersed in hospitality design and project development roles since 2002 with a career spanning across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, China and South East Asia.

Having been with Minor Hotels since 2010, Eric spearheads the Design & Technical Services department, supporting its rapid and exciting growth story from a regional player to one of the most prominent hospitality companies in the world. Prior to his role at Minor Hotels, Eric was part of Hyatt International’s Technical Services team in their EAME headquarters along with various subsequent positions throughout the Middle East, China and Southeast Asia regions.

Eric is a passionate hospitality design and experience creator. He leads his equally enthusiastic team at Minor Hotels and frequently works alongside property owners, developers, specialist design consultants and as a developer under Minor Hotels to create and build some of the world’s most unique and celebrated hotel & resort properties, branded residences, restaurants, beach clubs and extending unique concepts even to boats and train carriages.

At Minor Hotels, he oversees all facets of project design and development work, including technical brand design guidelines, concept creations, and has been leading the design and technical brand experience strategy for the renowned home grown Anantara and Avani brands, amongst other brands within the portfolio such as Tivoli, nHow, NH Collection, NH Hotels and Oaks Hotels & Resort.
