Chris is a renowned leader, speaker and visionary in the wellness field. He has been creating wellbeing projects and experiences for the past 25 years. Consulting to luxury, hospitality and wellbeing brands and advising on finding clear direction and offering as the wellness industry expands and transforms.

He has been facilitating at LVMH, Kering, Belmond, Soho House, Nike and Google having previously worked as a creative and design director in the design industry.

Chris is known to be a founding influence on the accessibility of modern wellness and mindfulness.

Recently, he was noted as a leading name in the wellness industry by The Sunday Times. He is featured and has written for Forbes, Vogue, Sunday Times, How to Spend It and Psychologies magazine.

He has recently been appointed the chief facilitator and strategist of Slow Academy at Flussbad Campus in Berlin, a new multi-disciplinary space dedicated to inner growth and new forms of experience design and future skills for businesses – especially in the hospitality industry.

He is the Founder and Creative Director of OPO – a well-tech studio applying the wellbeing principles of mindfulness and nature. A social enterprise, OPO is creating sound and listening experiences for the hospitality industry as they strive for more holistic wellness offers. Working with many brands including Soho House, Six Senses and Mandarin Oriental.

Chris runs inner mastery retreats and solo one to one retreats for leaders from his island home of Ibiza and at many inspiring locations around the world.
