An Australian based in Paris by way of New York, Jenni bridges the creative and corporate realms, cultivating purpose, product and presence for companies and individuals alike.
As founder of Creative Monastery, she helps hospitality, tourism and culture firms design better futures, with a core focus on deepening human connection. Creations range from third place programming to curiosity-led ateliers and custom events for Google, Airbnb, Spotify et al.
She’s worked across four continents, her expertise in brand strategy, storytelling and stakeholder engagement pivotal to collaborations with TEDWomen, THINK Global School and the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, and a host of philanthropic initiatives across the US. Previously Head of Strategy & Creative at New York agency noformat, she now advises select clients and is a Seed Consultant for Stanford Graduate School of Business.
A specialist in embodied intelligence, Jenni works 1-1 with entrepreneurs and executives, helping them cultivate strength, serenity and self-mastery via tailored coaching initiatives.
Equally fluent in sensory design, Jenni has crafted activations and employee programs for the likes of Ralph Lauren, Kickstarter and Viacom, spoken at company summits, conferences, and delivered over 200 corporate wellbeing sessions, drawing from multidisciplinary studies that span mindfulness, Meisner acting and cognitive neuroscience.
