Tibor Martin

Architect

Tibor Martin Markovits is a Spanish architect based in Ibiza with over 15 years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality design across Spain and Europe. He began his career with renowned architecture studios such as Vicens & Ramos and GRAS Architects, working on ambitious residential projects where he developed a strong foundation in conceptual thinking and detailed execution.

Early in his career in Ibiza, he played a key role in the development and execution of Heart Ibiza, a pioneering hospitality concept created by Cirque du Soleil and the Adrià brothers. The project merged haute cuisine, immersive art, and live performance in a singular venue, and Tibor was involved in bringing this complex and multidisciplinary vision to life, coordinating between creative teams, technical consultants, and operators.

He then became Director of Architecture and Design for the Pacha Group, where he led the brand’s architectural transformation through the renovation of its flagship nightclub in Ibiza—a project that won the MONDO*DR Award for Best Nightclub in 2023. Tibor also developed the Casa Pacha concept, led the renovation of the group’s retail stores, and managed the design and international rollout of all new Lío venues, combining architecture, performance, and fine dining. His work at Pacha integrated creative direction, architectural design, brand coherence, and full project delivery.

Currently, Tibor leads the architecture and design team at Sabina Estates, a unique residential community in Ibiza featuring villas designed by internationally acclaimed architects such as David Chipperfield, John Pawson, and MK27. At Sabina, he is responsible for the overall design strategy, architectural coordination, and execution of both private homes and shared spaces. His work ensures a cohesive architectural identity across the development, balancing luxury with landscape, and international design excellence with local sensibility.
