Ingo Schweder is a global thought leader, visionary and pioneer in the wellness and hospitality industries.

As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GOCO Hospitality and Horwath HTL Health & Wellness, he leads multidisciplinary teams that strategise, design and manage high-impact wellness developments worldwide. He contributed to a portfolio spanning more than 400 projects, valued at over USD 4.3 billion across 42 countries.

Previously, Schweder served as Corporate Director of Operations for Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and as a Board Member of Mandarin Oriental.

He is currently the owner and operator of Glen Ivy Hot Springs in Southern California, the United States’ oldest and most successful hot spring resort, founded in 1860. GOCO Hospitality launched its first-ever longevity clinic in Bangkok’s Central Business District in December 2025, located in the prestigious SEC Building adjacent to the U.S. Embassy. In addition, the group has recently acquired Fivelements, a leading wellness hospitality brand known for its award-winning retreat in Bali. Under Schweder’s leadership, the brand is expanding with new wellness resorts under development in Koh Samui (Thailand) and entering Europe with a project in Montenegro.

Ingo sat on the Advisory Board of AMAALA for 3 years, a luxury wellness destination in Saudi Arabia developed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). He is also an Advisory Board Member of the International Hospitality Investment Forum in Berlin and Hong Kong (IHIF). Together with Fullerton Fund Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, he has established a joint venture investment platform to advance growth in the Wellness Real Estate segment, bringing science, sustainability and soul into the future of global wellness destinations.
