The SESSIONS guest experience is designed with Covid and our ‘new normal’ in mind.
We work closely with our venues to ensure guest wellbeing, designing each event to take into consideration social distancing, quarantining and temperature checks. We offer a no-quibbles refund or an immediate one-year postponement if circumstances force cancellation of the event at short notice.
Our numbers are strictly limited, with a guarantee of more specifying companies than supplying companies in attendance. This is not a trade show or sprawling industry forum. It’s an intimate, selective and focused group with time for one another.
Every specifier attending SESSIONS is carefully selected, vetted and authenticated to ensure our suppliers are meeting genuine decision-makers with purchasing power, actively working on live hospitality projects.
We curate the supplier list for each event to guarantee our specifiers they will meet a wide variety of high quality brands, many of whom are creating solutions for a Post-Covid world.
We harness the industry expertise of our partners using the latest event management technology to validate a scoring system that ensures our specifier guests fulfil at least one of the following criteria;
- Specifying at least 3 projects identified by TOPHOTELPROJECTS
- Showcased in a recent Sleeper Magazine hotel review or interview
- Shortlisted for a forthcoming or recent AHEAD Award
SESSIONS takes place in a resort location, on an exclusive basis, to allow as much outdoor networking space as possible. Meeting and seminar layouts are carefully considered to maintain social distancing where required.
